Founded by Mr. Paul Nel and Miss Martha Mahlangu, the company is driven by strong leadership, technical expertise, and a hands-on management approach. With over 35 years of combined experience in the construction industry, our leadership team brings deep industry knowledge, practical insight, and a commitment to excellence on every project.
In March 2024, the company appointed Mr. Edward Nel as General Manager. Since then, Mr. Nel has acquired shareholding in the business and now serves as an active Managing Director, playing a key role in the strategic growth, operational management, and continued development of NMC Technical Services. His leadership further strengthens the company's vision, structure, and long-term sustainability.
