BP Rietfontein: Full Service Station & Retail Modernization

We partnered with our client to deliver a comprehensive, "top-to-bottom" renovation of the BP Rietfontein service station. Operating within a high-safety fuel retail environment requires exceptional discipline, and this project showcased our ability to manage diverse workstreams-from heavy structural repairs to intricate retail fit-outs—without compromising site security or operational flow.

Externally, we overhauled the station's infrastructure, including a full roof replacement and the repair and sheeting of the main canopy. We addressed the site's high-traffic exterior with extensive paving repairs, specialised waterproofing, and professional painting of all external walls. Internally, the retail space was modernised with custom-designed sales counters, high-efficiency freezer units, and built-in refrigeration systems. The project concluded with a total renovation of the administrative offices and public restrooms.

Central to the project's success was our commitment to rigorous safety standards. Our internally appointed OSHAC Safety Officer worked in close collaboration with the site team, overseeing every phase of the build and compiling a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) file. This ensured 100% compliance with industry regulations and maintained a zero-incident environment throughout the construction process.
