South Ward Comprehensive Renovation
Following the successful completion of the West Ward, we executed a total modern transformation of the 2 South Ward. This second phase was an extensive "strip and rebuild" project covering every inch of the ward, including patient rooms, hallways, and administrative offices. We implemented strategic layout changes to optimize the flow of the ward, ensuring that the Duty Station and Sluice Rooms were redesigned for maximum staff efficiency. Every patient bathroom was completely gutted and rebuilt with high-grade sanitary ware, creating a cleaner, more comfortable environment for recovery.

West Ward Facility Upgrade
As the first phase of our comprehensive ward renovations at Life Glynnwood, we were commissioned to perform a full-scale overhaul of the 2 West Ward. This project focused on creating a seamless, modern aesthetic throughout the facility while upgrading the core infrastructure. We managed the complete demolition and installation of all new floor and wall finishes across the hallways and patient rooms. Significant attention was paid to the technical areas, including a total refurbishment of the Sluice Rooms and the Duty Station. By reconfiguring internal layouts, we provided a more spacious and efficient environment for both patients and medical personnel.
